We've figured out a thing or two about getting your glass to you in one piece. Just ask our customers! They'll tell you the packaging is perfect to keep glass safe on its journey to you. Once the glass comes out the production line it is quality assured. Every best effort is made to ensure the glass is of the highest quality and packaged to arrive safely. To reduce the risk of breakages a large amount of packaging material goes in to securing every glass, hence please bare with us with the amount packaging material that is left to dispose of on completion of your order. We would love to reduce this but unfortunately not possible due to the nature of the goods we are transporting. Glass that has not gone through the toughening process is 5 times weaker than their toughened counterpart. We do ship small items of non toughened glass in the form of float glass and silver mirrors. Large mirrors are backed with 10mm thick ply inside the package to further secure the glass. Specialists couriers may have to be arranged to delivery glass items larger than 2000mm x 800mm. If specialist glass couriers are required we will be in touch prior to processing your order. 

Your custom glass product will arrive at your doorstep within 7-11 business days in most cases. Once your glass is packaged and ready for dispatch, and provided you have left a mobile number when placing your order, you will be notified by text with your tracking details. This text message is notification of dispatch. A second text message will be automatically sent by our couriers (DX Freight) on the day your order is out for delivery. As our customers will tell you, the delivery is prompt and efficient in most cases. Glass is dispatched via next business day (3 business days for highlands and channel islands). Glass items are only dispatched from Monday-Thursday. Any parcels that are ready on Fridays are held for dispatch until the following Monday. This is because we do not like leaving packages with the couriers and like to minimise the time spent with the couriers to reduce the risk of damages. Due to the nature of the goods we are transporting, glass breakages to do occur from time to time. On these rare occasions these happen we kindly ask you to be patient with us whilst we use every best effort to expedite a remake and get it out to you as soon as possible. As our customers would tell you, we do try our best efforts to minimise any delays. We are limited and reliant on third-party couriers to provide this service at an affordable cost to you the customer and do. Please note that all delivery and lead times quoted are estimates.
